Step 2: Design
We promise a crafted and creative design process to develop and deliver a strong vision for your project.
We work in 3D from the outset - a blend of digital and physical modelling is used to explore and develop the project with your input.
We’ll liaise as required with statutory authorities/regulations to attain all necessary consents.
We’ll develop a cohesive technical design package ready for construction and making.
Architecture is a collaborative exercise and we are careful to listen. We’ll bring a range of ideas to the table, allowing discussion between you and us to facilitate the creative process and highlighting possibilities and solutions you may not have considered. We allow the unique requirements of each project and the way life and experiences will be lived out, to inform the brief and shape the challenge. It’s the challenge to do our best work every time that keeps us on our toes.
Step 3: Procurement & Build
We advise on the best route to achieve a workable budget and programme for your project.
We’ll coordinate and liaise with potential contractors / makers, including the setting up of contract documents.
We can procure our own bespoke furniture proposals through trusted and talented makers.
We can also procure and supply off-the-shelf items to meet to our carefully considered interior proposals
Step 1: Requirements & Feasibility
We’ll help determine the feasibility of what you are looking to do and provide a tailored creative strategy, be it full architectural services or a bespoke interior commission.
We’ll co-ordinate existing surveys and background searches relevant to your site/space as necessary. We’ll advise on the need for additional specialists and potential collaborators.
Step 4: Handover & In Use
We can administer the building process, taking care of both contractual requirements and Construction Design and Management (CDM) duties whilst ensuring full statutory compliance.
A cohesion and connection between design and making, in line with our expertise and experience, is central to our offer. Ensuring your built project is beautifully crafted and achieves our creative vision is central to our approach.
These standards are supported and maintained by regular visits to site. We also use our expertise and maker know-how to build creative and successful relationships with the construction team.
